Dear Customer,

I’m sorry that you recently cancelled your monthly donation to The Aging Dog Association.  It appears that there was a mishap with our billing system and we accidentally charged your credit card twice last month.  I apologize.  At that time, we were changing our software program and several Secure Senior Friend donors were over charged.

Our senior dogs need your help, so please let me know if you are unhappy with our program or services.

Because of our computer glitch, we are offering a matching program for this month only.  For every dollar you donate, I will personally match to help our senior dogs and to encourage you to rejoin our family of Secure Senior Friends.
